DESCRIPTION OF SYSTEM
SOLID SOURCE DISC WAFER TRANSFER SYSTEM
The Liberty Elite FULLY AUTOMATIC
SOLID SOURCE DISC WAFER TRANSFER SYSTEM is
designed to complete a wafer transfer of
silicon wafers combined with Solid Source
Discs. This system utilizes a
linear moving head that will moving the
silicon wafers & source discs from side to
side, allowing the product to be transferred
from plastic to quartz/SiC. The system
is equipped with a touch panel display, and
ICS software. Software determines
correct loading and unloading process
preventing human error. All
maintenance can be performed through display
including, cleaning, cycle, testing, error
log, and service.

rod-less cylinders, along with "Clean-Room
Grade" rails & bearings.
* The Liberty Elite systems utilize
boat presence sensors to eliminate wafer
breakage
* The Liberty Elite systems uses
ramped speed controls for gentle pick up and
return, thus ensuring the safer handling of
your silicon wafers
* Retainer Holders default position is
closed to prevent dropping of your product
in the event of loss of power, or loss of
air pressure.
* The system comes standard with a
pause function. This function is
provided to stop the lift system at any
position for facility preventative
maintenance and cleaning.
